Perspectives: A space for ideas and debate

We believe that science and 'scientific temper' are essential for a better future. But what impact do they specifically have on society, education, democracy and our approach to global challenges? In our 'Perspectives' section, we explore these topics through essays, interviews, commentaries, and guest contributions. Topics include science, critical thinking, education and open - and even controversial - debates.

'Perspectives' brings together a variety of voices. Some contributions will come from our team members, while others will come from guests specialising in science, education, science communication, or from the wider circle of our Global Advisory Board. Our aim is not to confirm existing beliefs, but rather to engage openly on pressing contemporary issues. We will also publish conversations with members of our Global Advisory Board, presenting new perspectives on science, education, and social progress.
